| | Sunday, November 8, 2020 | We might've seen the breakout performance of one of the NFL's future superstar quarterbacks Sunday, as Tua Tagovailoa led the Dolphins to a win over Kyler Murray and the Cardinals. Of course, Tagovailoa wasn't in Murray's class as a Fantasy option, but he showed the poise, accuracy, and playmaking skills that made him one of -- and I would argue the -- best QB prospects in the draft. | Tagovailoa will be a popular target on the waiver wire in Week 10, especially with a home game against the Chargers on the way in a Sunday matchup. We'll get to the rest of my top early targets on waivers shortly, but first, here are the injuries you need to know about coming out of Sunday's games: | Kyle Allen (leg) -- Allen suffered a dislocated ankle and a small fracture and will almost certainly miss the rest of the season recovering from the injury. It's not clear whether he will require surgery, but Alex Smith will start in Week against the Lions, with Dwayne Haskins backing him up. Matthew Stafford (head) -- Stafford exited the game early to be evaluated for a concussion, but was cleared from the protocol. He will be monitored in the coming days for any late onset symptoms, so we'll want to keep an eye on his status this week. David Johnson/David Montgomery (concussion) -- These two are in the same boat, as they'll need to be cleared from the protocol in order to play in Week 10. That could happen in time for next week's games, but they have several steps along the way to be cleared. Duke Johnson and Ryan Nall would step into starting roles if they aren't cleared. Justin Jackson (knee) -- Jackson tweaked the knee early in the game and was cleared to return, but didn't touch the ball. Kalen Ballage led the team with 69 yards and a touchdown in Jackson's absence, while Joshua Kelley managed just 59 yards. Ballage could be worth adding if Jackson's injury lingers. Preston Williams (foot) -- This one is especially disappointing because Williams was showing a promising early rapport with Tagovailoa, and because he was injured celebrating his touchdown catch. X-rays came back negative, so he's dealing with a foot sprain. We'll hopefully know more in the coming days. Mike Williams (head) -- On a potential game-winning touchdown late Sunday, Williams went down hard and stayed on the ground for several moments before being helped off. Williams has been productive when healthy, but that's been rare this season. Albert Okwuegbunam (knee) -- Okwuegbunam has been showing flashes in recent weeks, but this one could keep him out for a while. Noah Fant's role in the offense is safe. | We'll have more updates on those injuries and everything else from Week 9 Monday, but for now, here are the top early waiver-wire targets for Week 10.
