Vice President, Head of Driver Assistance and Automated Driving N. America Chassis Systems Control


Dr. Kay Stepper is Head of the Regional Business Unit Driver Assistance and Automated Driving, and Vice President of Engineering for the Chassis Systems Control division of Robert Bosch LLC in Plymouth, Michigan. 

He is responsible for the product and business development of automotive driver assistance products and systems in North America.



Adam Emfield
Principal
User Experience Manager


Adam Emfield leads the Design & Research, Innovation, and In-Vehicle Experience (DRIVE) Lab, and is responsible for the usability program for Nuance’s Automotive division. Coming from a background in both cognitive psychology and industrial engineering, he and his cross-functional team work across the division to develop new ideas for in-vehicle experiences, as well as to validate existing concepts.
