The CP-NET Research Database is an Ontario Brain Institute funded research project.
Grandview Children's Centre is participating in collecting information to better understand how many kids are affected by Cerebral Palsy (CP) in different parts of Ontario and what causes CP so that we can improve care and treatments.
Learn more, and find out how your child aged 2-7 can help researchers improve our understanding of CP, and accelerate the development of new discoveries.

THINK AHEAD fire safety program

Have you thought about how your child with special needs would survive a fire emergency?
Grandview Children's Centre has partnered with Clarington Emergency & Fire Services, Oshawa Fire Services, and Whitby Fire & Emergency Services to bring the new THINK AHEAD fire safety program to families of Grandview Kids living in Clarington, Oshawa and now Whitby too.
Benefits of THINK AHEAD:
learn fire prevention and safety tips from firefighters
share information about your child with special needs to be stored in a database that first responders can access when en route to an emergency in your home
help your child become familiar with first responders so they'll recognize them as helpers in an emergency
it's FREE!
sign up for THINK AHEAD today!

The first-ever Grand Gala on behalf of Grandview Kids took place on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Royal Ashburn Golf Club. It was a wonderful event and we are very grateful to all those who supported us and who enjoyed the night with us.

Over $25,000 was raised to support many program and services for Grandview Kids!
