Asus’ new fish tank-style case looks absolutely gorgeous

It employs a dual-chamber layout for better organization and airflow

Asus has launched the TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon — a refreshed version of the original GT502 mid-tower PC case — that features a dual-chamber layout. For better organization and airflow, the primary components (such as the motherboard, CPU, and GPU) are in the front chamber, while the PSU, storage drives, and additional cooling components are in the rear one, Digital Trends reported.

The new design offers an uninterrupted display that wraps nearly halfway around the case and includes sturdy fabric handles for ease of transport. It’ll be available in Classic Black and Snowy White, with color-matched modular cables for a cohesive aesthetic. Pricing has yet to be revealed, but it’s expected to fall in the $150 to $200 range ...

It's true! Jony Ive is working with OpenAI's boss on a new AI device

Let's hope it's more successful than the Humane AI Pin and Rabbit R1

Apple’s former design guru Jony Ive is working with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman on an AI hardware device, the New York Times confirmed in a profile piece on Sunday.

The news follows claims from about a year ago that the pair were collaborating on a device that will combine Ive’s famed design talent with OpenAI’s leading generative-AI technology, which powers ChatGPT. The project is based in San Francisco and is currently made up of 10 employees. Tang Tan and Evans Hankey, who both worked with Ive on the design of the iPhone and Apple Watch, are part of the team.

In his interview with the New York Times, Ive gave little away about the upcoming AI device, declining to discuss details such as specs or a timeline for launch ...

Sony fixes PS5 bug that was breaking Final Fantasy 16

It’s game over for the disruptive visual glitches

Sony has released a fix to a recent firmware update that reportedly caused games like Final Fantasy 16 to experience intense graphical glitches and other issues, Digital Trends reported.

In a post on social media, the game’s publisher, Square Enix, relayed news of Sony's fix and recommended that players install it. Sony didn’t refer to the matter directly, instead releasing system update 24.06-10.01.00 with official patch notes that said simply: “We’ve improved system software performance and stability.”

While PS5 players said they'd been experiencing similar issues in other games like Death Stranding: Director's Cut and No Man's Sky, Square Enix is the only studio that publicly acknowledged the situation ...
