| The foldable device could use an 18.8-inch flexible panel | Apple is developing a large, foldable iPad, according to prominent Apple tipster Mark Gurman. Writing in his most recent Power On newsletter, Gurman said the tech giant is working on “a giant iPad that unfolds into the size of two iPad Pros side by side.” The biggest challenge had reportedly been eliminating the crease in the middle of the flexible screen, though it appears that Apple engineers have pretty overcome it, with the prototype having “a nearly invisible crease.” The company has reportedly been experimenting with the concept for a while now, and it could hit the shelves around 2028 ... | |
