My Software Updates, which was used to download software updates in the past, will be decommissioned on November 13, 2017. Please use the Software Licenses and Downloads Portal to access software entitlements instead. How to download software: Log into the Software Licenses and Downloads Portal with your Software Passport. If you are a first time user you are not linked to any account and you will need to request access to your entitlements. Requesting access using your SAID will give you the opportunity to select an appropriate role for each individual order associated with the SAID. Once your request has been approved, go to the Entitlements tab or click on Manage Entitlements. Then click on Download Software. If you are an ELA customer, you will need to be added as a Download User to the ELA contract. Please contact your companyâs ELA Administrator or the ELA Support team to get you added. Once added to the contract, log into the Software Licenses and Downloads Portal with your Software Passport. Search the Account by your ELA Contract ID. Go to the Entitlements tab or click on Manage Entitlements. Then click on Download Software. If you need help using the portal, please click on Contact Us / Self Help on the top of the home page.
