Dow, S&P hit records on Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine, transports and small caps follow suit

The S&P 500, the Dow, along with transportation and small cap stocks, secured new records after Moderna joined Pfizer-BioNTech in announcing positive trials for a second COVID-19 vaccine. Walmart hit an all-time high ahead of earnings Tuesday.
