Joanna Warmington, who announced her resignation as women's cross country and track and field coach at Minnesota Duluth in a fiery statement Monday alleging NCAA and Title IX violations by the school, had displayed a pattern of sexual misconduct, according to a University of Minnesota investigative report obtained by the Duluth News Tribune.

Shots were fired from a moving car at the U.S. Embassy in Turkey before dawn Monday, an attack that came during heightened tensions between the two NATO allies. Officials said two people with criminal records were detained.
