Technology company Instant Financial allows restaurant chains including McDonald's and Outback Steakhouse to offer employees the option of getting paid daily. Employees using the Instant Financial app can request as much as 50% of their daily pay go to an Instant account, which comes with a debit card that can be used to make purchases or withdraw cash.
