Dear John,
Iâve built five successful professional service businesses during my 27 year career. In each business, at various times, (more than I care to count) I stumbled into a sales slump. It happens in any economy. It happens regardless of the political climate. It happens regardless of what state my personal life is in. Each time my sales take a hit, I know I have two choices - and only two choices. Choice one: Do nothing. This means keep the status quo. After all, thatâs what was working before the latest set-back.
