I've pretty much abandoned my morning routine in this pandemic. (Alarms? Psh. Early exercise? Never heard of it.)
This piece by senior reporter Catherine Pearson reminded me just how important it is to set yourself up for success when you wake up. Here are 5 bad habits you should avoid doing first thing in the morning.
