Daylight Saving Time (DST) is set to kick off in the United States on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
The clock change always happens at 02:00 (2 am) local time in each time zone in the US. Hawaii and most of Arizona do not use DST.
Nearly all areas of Canada also start DST on the same date.
Most European countries will spring forward one hour at 01:00 UTC on March 31, 2024. The local time for the change is different in each time zone.

Setting the clocks forward one hour in the spring may give us brighter evenings. But “springing forward” and “falling back” can be a real setback to your baby’s sleep routine.
