Today's Update: My free intro e-book, The Unseen Therapist​, contains one more revision to the Personal Peace Procedure. The very important sentence that helps us properly identify specific events now reads...

"The moment when [what happened] and I currently feel [emotion] about it."

This guides you to a past specific event and emphasizes your current emotion about it. It is your current emotion that concerns us, of course, and so with this update, it is properly involved.

Science or Senses?

"We Are Babes Crawling On The Floor Of The Universe"

The above quote is from my friend and Stanford scientist, Dr. William (Bill) Tiller. It reflects how little we know about our true existence and how much we have yet to learn. It also reflects our "innocent arrogance" in thinking that our every day senses lead to any meaningful truth in this regard.

That's a BIG mistake.

Being a bit of a Stanford scientist myself, I thought I would describe some clear, undeniable science that we are choosing to ignore simply because our senses (erroneously) report differently. In each case, we have a choice. Should we believe our science or our senses? Read on and choose for yourself.

Two Clever Ways For Finding Foundational Issues

Youngjo Lee, a Member of our Optimal EFT Course, shares two insightful techniques for getting to foundational issues. One involves doing a surrogate session regarding the parents of his clients while the other involves the possible impact of some religious beliefs. Very clever.
