They say that adding another recycler in the Baton Rouge area would destabilize the current industry because there aren't enough waste tires to go around. A new set of maps will show the extent of the 2016 floods. The Amite River Basin Commission collected rainfall and flooding data to compile in an interactive map that will be unveiled soon.
