A Philadelphia trial judge has been suspended over politically charged social media posts he made on Facebook. The Court of Judicial Discipline determined that the sanction was warranted after the judge continued to post despite the proceedings and even made comments about the proceedings themselves. Our first story has more. Also, defense firms are increasingly suing plaintiff's firms they believe are filing bogus claims, and we have a look into whether mounting litigation over Depo-Provera could gain traction in Philadelphia.
