This week's top real estate headlines

Things in the real estate world are a little bit "Rocky" for muscle-strapped Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone. The actor is listing his La Quinta mansion yet again, this time with a price tag that represents a $1.2 million, gut-punching loss. Meanwhile over in the San Fernando Valley's Valley Village neighborhood, the Fanning sisters have an East Coast Traditional-style home on the market for a little under $2.7 million. They paid $2.3 million for the property about three years ago, so the dynamic duo stand to make a tidy profit.

In other news, Netflix exec Melissa Cobb is seeking $5.85 million for a regal Silver Lake estate, Matt Brubaker lowered the price of his Sunset Strip contemporary, Melissa Ordway flipped a Toluca Lake bungalow, Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are set to lose big in Nashville, David Arquette sold his Encino home in an off-market deal, Dirt chatted with The Agency founder Mauricio Unmansky, Rams quarterback Jared Goff is settling into a new Hermosa Beach house, and "Chopped" creator Linda Lea is seeking $9 million for a Sunset Strip property that she flipped.
