This week's top real estate headlines

Considering that Steven Yeun just purchased a posh Pasadena pad, it comes as no big surprise that he's listed his former Los Feliz home. The "Walking Dead" star's former two-story contemporary home is currently up for grabs with a $2.5 million price tag. Meanwhile, Warner Records CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck has put his futuristic West Hollywood contemporary on the market for $5.9 million. The potential new owner of the house could just find themselves bumping elbows with A-listers like Dakota Johnson and Jimmy Kimmel.

In other news, Matt Stone whittled down the price of his Venice compound, Lindsey Vonn and her hubby-to-be have purchased a European-style villa in BHPO, Ben McLemore chopped the asking price of his Tarzana manse and Rebecca Yeldham hoisted her Hollywood Hills home on the market with a $2.4 million price tag.
