The pop diva is currently shelling out $120,000 a month for a luxurious 15,000-square-foot, celeb-pedigreed mansion that once housed stars like Betty Grable and Paul McCartney. Meanwhile, over in Malibu, Hollywood scion and budding musician Willow Smith has spread her real estate wings and bought her first starter home. Her new house cost her about $3.1 million and features mesmerizing views of the Pacific. In other news, Mariah Carey moved her family and her "Covid-quarantine pod" into a mansion in Bedford Hills, Tommy Hilfiger is relisting his colorful Miami residence, producer Charles D. King is asking a tad less than $3.3 million for his Studio City home, Dana York purchased a $4.7 million Brentwood midcentury modern, Camilla Luddington is asking $1.45 million for her very modest Sherman Oaks bungalow, NuVet Labs owner Blake Kirschbaum was recently revealed to be the buyer of a $35 million Westlake Village compound and Priscilla Presley's Beverly Hills estate is on the market for the first time in 45 years.
