This time, 18-year-old, Gen Z celeb Emma Chamberlain has purchased a $3.9 million home from MedMen co-founder Andrew Modlin. Meanwhile, over in the Hollywood Hills, the former home of international fugitive and Malaysian playboy Jho Low sold after stagnating on the market for almost a year. It was finally snatched up by local investor Joe Simsoly for a cool $18.5 million.
