DIRECT HIT: US’ THAAD missile t est blows target out of the sky

The U.S. Missile Defense Agency said it successfully tested a THAAD anti-ballistic missile early Tuesday. The target missile was launched north of Hawaii from a U.S. Air Force C-17 and shot down from a THAAD missile battery in Kodiak, AK.
