Legally high? Has a law to help establish a legal hemp industry in Louisiana actually legalized recreational THC products? It appears so, Sam Karlin reports, writing it’s now “easier than ever for adults to get access to gummies and other products that get them high.” Uninsured: As Medicaid pandemic provisions expire, thousands of Louisiana residents could see disruptions in their health care coverage.
