DHL’s distribution center outside of Madrid is delivering innovative and efficient B2C eCommerce fulfillment by integrating automated right-sized packaging from Packsize with AMRs from Locus Robotics. This integration has helped DHL improve throughput, labor management, and productivity significantly. The Packsize X5 is continuously producing tailormade boxes for each order, and Locus Robotics Bots are receiving the boxes to pick respective orders from the high-bay shelves directly into the shipping boxes.
