EL ANATSUI'S MONUMENTAL INSTALLATION OPENS AT TATE MODERN

hyundai motor’s annual artist commission for tate modern's turbine hall opened this week with a monumental installation by ghanaian sculptor el anatsui. titled 'behind the red moon', the project comprises thousands of metal bottle tops and fragments that have been stitched together into three expansive abstract compositions, marking the artist’s largest work to date.
