value proposition. In 2015, we launched our Operational Performance Commitment – an industry-first promise to deliver operational excellence or compensate
your company. Delta’s Commitment means that if our flight delays and cancellations or mishandled bag rate rank lower than other U.S.-based global airlines, we will compensate your company. Not only has Delta met this commitment, but this year, Delta has been the most reliable airline among major U.S. carriers, ranking first in domestic on-time arrival rates and completion factor2 and first for bags domestically for U.S.-based global airlines.3 Even throughout the unprecedented challenges faced by our industry, our commitment has never wavered.
