Dear friends and partners of Aqua for All,
On behalf of the whole team, I am proud to present Aqua for All's Annual Report for 2015, in which key developments, inspiring events and significant features of the year are highlighted. This report covers much more than key facts, figures and financial statements. We invite you to take a look at Aqua for All's updated explanation of our business - how we deliver value and to whom, our strategy for doing so, and a fresh description of our services. As a rather unique organization in the sector, let us tell you what Aqua for All has to offer, and how we can help you reach your objectives.
2015 was an energizing year for Aqua for All, wherein we could roll up our sleeves and get to work on putting the new €20 million contract with DGIS into practice. Toward the end of the year, the eyes of the world turned to Paris, as the Sustainable Development Goals were established, a landmark event with significant, empowering implications for our work. It has been a pivotal year for Aqua for All, in which we focused on doing what we do even better, in order to maximize the value and impact of our contribution to providing access to safe water and sanitation to the Base of the Pyramid (BoP).
As many of you are aware, Aqua for All plays a unique and vital role in creating access to WASH for the BoP. We connect money to value and value to money. What do we mean by that? This report explains what we mean, along the thematic lines of Connect, Develop, Scale and Support.
On behalf of the entire Aqua for All staff and board members I would like to thank you for your support, encouragement and cooperation. Of course that motivates us tremendously. I remain convinced that through working together, we spark the energy that generates greater momentum, driving us further and faster toward a world where there is sustainable structural access to safe water and adequate sanitation for all.
