Accused killer in Mandina's shooting left ID in car: The man accused of gunning down a Mandina's waiter in late April left two forms of identification in the getaway car found by police the night of the killing. But the cards were not discovered by police until six days later, identifying Kyron Fazande just days before he is said to have killed a 15-year-old in Houston. Gabriella Killett has the details.No DWI test for Richmond: Former U.S. Rep. and presidential adviser Cedric Richmond was not tested for intoxication by the NOPD after he crashed his Mercedes into an oak tree along North Claiborne Avenue in April, despite a police report that described him as “disoriented” and slurring his speech. JPSO shoots man in car: A Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office deputy shot and killed a man wanted in connection with a New Orleans shooting Tuesday when they encountered him at a Metairie apartment complex.
