Weâve got a set of great shows this week at Dazzle @ Baurâs! These days, Dazzle is primarily focusing on the incredible musical talent right here in Denver. We are going out of our way to ensure that these creative musicians and singers have stage time without being overshadowed by national touring acts. With that said, itâs worth pointing out that two of our largest national touring acts of 2021 are coming through next week: drummer extraordinaire Nate Wood and rising jazz star Christian Sands. | Nate Woodâs fOURFriday, Aug. 13th - 7pm fOUR, is truly an ambitious take on going solo. Here, Wood is playing everything â analog synths, drums and bass, while sometimes adding vocals â at the same time. As well, heâs recording every song in one pass with no overdubs, click track or pre-recorded backing tracks. âThatâs why itâs called fOUR, because itâs me with four limbs playing four instruments at once,â says Wood. |
