People will have to set their clocks 1 hour forward from 2 am (02:00) to 3 am (03:00), local time, as Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins in these countries. Residents of northern border cities in Mexico follow the US's DST schedule. They will also be springing forward by an hour at the same time as their American and Canadian counterparts.
