Dear trade visitors, Today is International Women's Day! A global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. ITB Berlinâs social responsibility team is working on implementing equality for women in tourism since many years! We are proud that this year we count numerous events on Gender Equality, tell stories about great achievements of women and welcome many inspiring women as panel guests and visitors once again! 3:30pm: "Celebrating Her Awards" Hall 5.3 Hybrid Studio The "Celebrating Her" award ceremony, which is already taking place for the 6th time, is a cooperation between ITB Berlin and the International Institute for Peace in Tourism (IIPT). The award honours women who have distinguished themselves through their commitment to tourism.
