CBS Sports Football Pick Six Newsletter

There's buzz that the Chargers provided the blueprint for beating the run-crazy Ravens last postseason, but if you're expecting an analytics genius like Warren Sharp to buy in, think again. Warren's actually bullish on the Ravens (he says the 'Lamar vs. bad run D' argument is misguided), and he's got great info on smart vs. dumb NFL teams and a whole lot more, it's a busy show!
The second week of the preseason kicked off and for the No. 1 overall pick it's NOT GOING WELL. Kyler Murray and the Cards' first-team offense have yet to score a preseason point, but plenty of other players haven't had any problem finding the end zone. Jared Dubin breaks down all the big moments, including this 96-yard pick-six.
Skins fans have been beaten into apathy by a perpetually stumbling franchise, but might they finally have a QB to build around? Jason La Canfora was at Bengals-Skins and explains why Dwayne Haskins won't be on the bench long, and JLC's also got notes on the massive OL concerns for both teams, as well as a Cincy QB who could see more action than we thought.

Here's some draft advice that's so simple it just might be genius: Don't pick players you don't buy into. Andrew Luck could end up being awesome, but his body's not right, and the last time that happened he missed the entire season. That's why Dave Richard simply isn't drafting Luck anywhere near his current ADP, and Dave's got 10 others he's avoiding, too (three are Browns).
We know about Tua Tagovailoa and Justin Herbert, but what other signal-callers will get drafted? Ryan Wilson took a look at 12 who have a chance, with a second tier just below Tua and Herbert who are in the first-round conversation, and some very interesting names looking to make a move, including one in the Big 12 who's shown vast improvement.
Kyler Murray hasn't given fans much to celebrate so far, but the bigger problem might be that the QB himself doesn't know how to clap. Kyler was called for two false starts during his short time on the field against the Raiders, and they both had to do with how he claps for the snap; here's what officials told him to change.
