Dana Frank, the Dame co-owner and Food and Wine Magazine 2015 "Sommelier of the Year," emailed Eater this morning to tell us that former Damn the Weather executive chef and The Walrus and the Carpenter chef de cuisine, Eli Dahlin, has left his home in Seattle to head Dame's kitchen when the restaurant opens later this summer.
