If you see the actual danger of chattering, chattering, chattering, which means lack of space and therefore a waste of energy – if you see the danger of it, as you see the danger of a cobra, instantly the brain stops. That is, when the brain observes, as it does when there is the danger of a cobra, similarly, when you see the danger of constant occupation, the brain naturally, without any effort, ends chattering. Only when you see the danger of it. But if you say, ‘It is pleasant to chatter, to gossip about something or other, it is agreeable to have a conversation with myself,’ that is a waste of energy.
