J. Krishnamurti Online

Is it possible for the brain, when you go to bed, to be completely at rest? If it is not at rest, when it wakes up it is already tired, not fresh, still carrying on with yesterday’s movement. So I say to myself: that is all wrong – even though the analysts give importance to dreams and so on, the whole dreaming process is not a restorative process. So I say to myself: is it possible not to dream at all?
