The new W-4: More trouble than it’s worth?
(Accounting Today): The newly redesigned draft Form W-4, “Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate,” was released on May 31, 2019. The IRS expects to release a near-final draft of the 2020 Form W-4 in mid-to-late July, with a final version of the form slated to be released in November.
