Daily: Int'l Booker Prize to Bulgarian Writer Georgi Gospodinov

Georgi Gospodinov and translator Angela Rodel have won the 2023 International Booker Prize for 'Time Shelter,' the program's first win from Bulgaria.

The Egyptian composer and musician Omar Khairat is probably the best known of the winners of the 17th edition of the award program.

Poland will be the guest of honor market at October's Liber Madrid show, in collaboration with Spain's Polish Institute of Culture.
