SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY Alma 7:11-12
"And he shall go forth, suffering pains and afflictions and temptations of every kind; and this that the word might be fulfilled which saith he will take upon him the pains and the sicknesses of his people. And he will take upon him death, that he may loose the bands of death which bind his people; and he will take upon him their infirmities, that his bowels may be filled with mercy, according to the flesh, that he may know according to the flesh how to succor his people according to their infirmities."
QUOTE OF THE DAY Spencer W. Kimball | "In the face of apparent tragedy we must put our trust in God, knowing that despite our limited view his purposes will not fail. With all its troubles life offers us the tremendous privilege to grow in knowledge and wisdom, faith and works, preparing to return and share God’s glory” (Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Spencer W. Kimball, p. 20-21).
This weekend is the 40th reunion of my High School graduation. So, I am taking the weekend off to go home and see old friends. I have tried to set the website so that everything would post, but some posted all the days I would be gone (Just look for the proper date) and others won't be posted (Like Memes and Pioneer Stories) Sorry. Not to worry though, I will be home and posting everything again on Tuesday!
