Two major downtown Peoria buildings are going up for auction

Packard Plaza, 211 NE Adams St., and the Mark Twain Hotel, 225 NE Adams St., in downtown Peoria.

The Mark Twain Hotel, which remains open and was built in 1967, and the historic Packard Plaza will be auctioned together later this month.
