Peoria entrepreneur Shawn Holler is opening a new take-out restaurant inside the Mr. Food Mart at 1102 South Western Avenue in Peoria. Shawn's Kitchen will feature a variety of "comfort" foods from breakfast platters and cheeseburgers to ribs and a shrimp boil.
