David Schwarz has been promoted to the newly created position of SVP, marketing and communications for Viacom’s sports franchise Bellator. Schwarz, a 19-year veteran of Viacom, most recently served as SVP, communications at Paramount Network. AGC Television, the television production division of Stuart Ford’s AGC Studios, hired former NBC, Comedy Central and Univision exec Lourdes Diaz as head of television.
