Judge Judy (full season to date 6.9 Live+SD household rating) will be the highest rated program in all of syndication for the fifth year in a row. For the current week, Judy (6.4) was entirely in reruns, but still grew 3% from last year and finished first among all shows.
On the talk front, Dr. Phil (2.7, steady) remained in command for the 101st straight frame, despite being in repeats all five days. Live With Kelly and Ryan (2.0, unchanged) took sole possession of second place for the eighth consecutive week and rose 13% in the key W25-54 demo. Ellen DeGeneres (1.5, down 6%) came in third.
FOX Business Network marked its 27th consecutive week as the leader in business news. Averaging 198,000 total viewers, FBN saw a 19% advantage over CNBC during Business Day last week.

EXECUTIVE MOVES
Mila Livitz was upped from Vice President to Senior Vice President, Business Affairs of Disney/ABC Cable Services.
Kasha Cacy was appointed Global Chief Executive Officer of Engine. She joins from UM, where she served as U.S. Chief Executive Officer.
Cuebiq hired Brennan Lake as Program Director of its Data for Good Iniative. Lake was previously Co-Director of The Technology Exchange Lab.
Lauren Lake, who serves as Judge on Paternity Court, has been named a producer on the show. In addition, producer Myeshia Mizuno has been upped to Executive Producer.
Mike Pilato, previously Creative Director at Forge Worldwide, joined Viewpoint as Creative Director. The company also hired Michelle Owens, who last served as Executive Producer at Altare Publishing, as Executive Producer.
