Cuyahoga inmates sent to out-of-county jails have to find own way home, but its ‘never been a problem,’ officials say

Some Cuyahoga County inmates are transferred to outside county jails to serve short sentences but are not returned to downtown Cleveland for release, creating hardships for some about how to get back home.
