Their brief was explicit: they wanted to create a martini that embodied the finest aromatic and botanical essences from the British maritime coast. Our challenge was to create a vermouth that would meet up to that vision!
THE VERMOUTHIt took us 5 months to perfect this vermouth. It's crisp, dry and aromatic essence with notes of salinity and minerality. Complex, rich and yet refreshing.
