EBay acquires SalesPredict EBay announced it is acquiring SalesPredict, a developer of analytics for predicting customer buying behavior, for an undisclosed sum. Israel-based SalesPredict previously raised about $5 million in venture funding. Codecademy raises $30M Series C led by Naspers Codecademy, the online coding school, has raised $30 million in Series C funding led by Naspers and joined by previous investors Union Square Ventures, Flybridge Capital Partners, Index Ventures and Sir Richard Branson. The funding takes the total raised by the five-year-old New York-based company to $42.5 million.
