Meet our #ResearchisBeautiful October winner

Congratulations to Hannah Harrison from the University of Manchester for winning the image of the month in our Research is Beautiful image campaign.

Hannah’s image captures epithelial cells within an explant taken from normal human breast tissue. The blue represents the nuclei of the cells, and the brown is marking progesterone receptors.

The Innovation Summit 2024 is just one week away

The summit on 12 November, organised by our innovation arm, Cancer Research Horizons, will connect Edinburgh’s budding entrepreneurs for a day of insightful discussions with industry, academia and finance’s most influential voices.

The day has been designed for researchers to explore pathways to innovation by learning from entrepreneurs who have successfully created new ventures, and together unpick the role of start-ups in oncology innovation and navigate how to establish industry partnerships.
