| | Many nonprofit leaders we work with wrestle with these questions: | |
| "Do we have the right talent we need to achieve our desired impact?" | | "Do we know which leadership skills drive success?" | | "Do we provide our top talent the right development opportunities?" |
| | If you face these challenges, but struggle to find the time and resources to prioritize talent development, then you could benefit from Investing in Future Leaders - an online and project-based program for nonprofit executive teams to create powerful talent development planning processes for their organizations. | | Why is this important? Bridgespan research shows that one in four nonprofit C-suite leaders left her position in the previous 2 years. This attrition is costly - both in terms of actual dollars and lost productivity. A top reason for this attrition is the lack of development opportunities for senior staff - a challenge that can be addressed with effective development planning. | | How you benefit: The Investing in Future Leaders program gives your executive team a structured process to align on the necessary skills to achieve your strategy, a proven approach to understand how key staff demonstrate these skills, and the tools to create powerful individual development plans for direct reports. | | When it starts: The next cohort starts in September 2018; the program is self-paced but typically takes participants 90 minutes per week over 12-16 weeks | | Who should participate: The program is designed for nonprofit executive teams - the CEO/Executive Director and direct reports. The ideal team size is between 4-8; please contact us if your team size differs to discuss whether this could still be a good fit. | | Cost to participate: The program is $4,500 for a leadership team of 4, plus $500 for each additional team member. | | | Apply now! We are accepting applications for the September 2018 cohort now; the application deadline is July 1. Applications will be processed on a rolling basis; spots are limited and we expect the cohort to fill quickly.
| | | We look forward to hearing from you soon! | | Best, The Bridgespan Leadership Accelerator team
