Instant Pot Cranberry Orange Marmalade

I was craving my mum's homemade orange marmalade the other morning but had ran out of it. She uses lots of orange zest in hers, which I love, so I thought I'd try to remake it with a bit of a twist in my Instant Pot... because I wanted it in an instant! I added fresh cranberries to it since we have so many around for the holidays. What a tangy delight! I'll be making plenty of jars to give out for the holidays.

My guests went crazy when they tasted this Taco Lasagna. What a great party pleaser! It has everything you need. No need for chips, just plates and forks and good beverages. You can make this mild, medium or hot! I would suggest doing some items mild and some medium. It is a good mix.

Simple enough to make in a pinch and avoid all those cookies, candy bars and other high fat snacks! Mine tasted like candy apples. YUM!

Excellent recipe and easy to do, was given to me by my sister in law a few years ago. My kids love it, which is always a plus. I make this and have garlic bread.

I love using my crockpot. It's so easy, also cuts down on all the dishes at dinner time. These start as cubed potatoes and end up as savory, creamy mashed potatoes without ever leaving your crock!
