Her Honour Judge Sarah Jane Lynch retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 21 May 2024. Background information Her Honour Judge Lynch was admitted as a Solicitor in 1989. She was appointed a Recorder in 2008 and a Circuit Judge in 2012. She was authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2016.
