Regional Surveyor Dallas David Banfield FRICS retires with effect from 20 March 2024. Background information Regional Surveyor Banfield was appointed a Valuer Chairman of the Residential Property Tribunal in 1994, a Valuer Chairman of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in 2013 and a Regional Surveyor of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in 2014.
