The events of October 7 are a moment that has divided Israeli society – and much of the Jewish world – into “before” and “after.” Four Forward journalists — Editor-in-Chief Jodi Rudoren, Opinion Editor Laura E. Adkins, Senior Political Reporter Jacob Kornbluh and Israel Correspondent Susan Greene — have reported from Israel during the conflict. They spoke to officials, citizens and soldiers. They visited the devastated kibbutzim, Tel Aviv’s Hostage Square, and the Knesset. Together, they’ll share their experience of reporting from Israel now and their thoughts on what may come next. |
