Uplifting Coronavirus Thoughts

Hi Gary,

I came across this the other day.

A present day historian (anon) wrote it about the Coronavirus for future generations to read. It's had a calming yet uplifting effect on the people I've shared it with already and I wondered if others might like to read it too.

'And the people stayed home, and they read books and listened and exercised and made art and played games and learned new ways of being and they were still and listened more deeply.

Some meditated, some prayed, some danced and some met their shadows and the people began to think differently.

And the people healed.

And in the absence of people living in ignorant, dangerous and mindless ways the earth began to heal.

And when the danger passed and the people joined together again, they grieved their losses and made new images and created new ways to live and heal the earth fully as they healed.

As they had been healed, they healed the earth.'

We're on lockdown now in the UK so there's heaps of time to study the course.

"Impossible" Healings

Piedad Now Has A Normal Menstrual Cycle

Definition of impossible: Where healing occurs beyond the typical reach of man-made methods.

Intro: Gratitude to Javier Santos from Spain for his commendable work with Piedad, a woman in his Optimal EFT practice group. Piedad, upon experiencing a traumatic event (a divorce announcement), began having extraordinarily heavy menstrual periods. This went on for 7 years with no relief in sight.

Laurent Sirois comments on OEFT and EFT spin-offs

Hi Gary,

As a new OEFT Member and long time EFT'er, I wanted to write to you about my take on your OEFT course.I have been studying it for the last week very intensely. I just love it.

Unfortunately, I followed too many spin offs of your method and now I am back on track with you. I stopped all courses that I was offering and went back to studying your OEFT where I can now properly look for causes with the help of The Unseen Therapist.

Nami Osakabe praises our new method

Hi Gary,

I hope this email finds you well!

My practice group thought I should give you feedback on how this new technique has worked for me.

I have had great success with it. I had already been doing a "feel this, feel that" since you first introduced the "see this, see that" method so I think the new change to "feel" is great! [Note from GC: This method is currently evolving and its name is evolving with it.]

For me what has been occurring is that, during the process, The Unseen Therapist shows me different aspects. [Note from GC: This saves a LOT of detective work and is one of OEFT's main advantages.] So then I will clear a different emotion that has come up until that clears (I no longer feel any intensity in the original emotion - 0/10).

As I continue, the aspects shown to me keep changing- to either new emotions or a related event or more root event or the person etc. And I repeat the technique until it is all 0/10 and move on to the next aspect I am shown.

Sometimes I also get different messages from The Unseen Therapist. She may show me the other person's perspective or give me more understanding or different messages. I keep repeating until everything is 0/10 and The Unseen Therapist leaves me with just a sense of peace and love. I have let her guide this entire process and I am finding this to be avery time efficient. My use takes roughly 10-15min, so it is longer than your quick technique but I am covering almost all aspects and I do spend as much time as I need with an aspect until it is 0/10.

This has been incredibly thorough and in such a short time period! I still make sure I check the next day and sometimes a little something remains and I will repeat the entire process but it is often complete in 5 minutes and the next day it is usually completely gone.

Thank you for introducing me to this. It has allowed a more time efficient, thorough and deeper understanding of the work with The Unseen Therapist. She is incredible. She has expanded my awareness and understanding to new heights. I think when we truly allow Her to guide this process She shows us everything we need. I have always been my own block and need to let Her lead the way always!
